Breather vs Flutter

Breather vs Flutter

The Breather is the first drug-free evidenced based Inspiratory/Expiratory Respiratory Muscle Training (RMT) device used by COPD, CHF, Dysphagia, and Neuromuscular disease patients, as well as athletes, singers, and musicians.

It trains both inspiratory and expiratory muscles independently, unlike other respiratory muscle training devices, and unlike devices such as the Flutter which have very little to no impact on Respiratory Muscle Strength.
The respiratory muscle strength provided by The Breather improves immediate and long-term cough capacity, which will be more effective for unassisted long-term airway clearance than PEP/OPEP devices such as the Flutter.
